Read Me
- Choose the environment that matches your organization's deployment.
- The OAuth Client must have - Analytics > Queue Observation > View and Conversation > Communication > Disconnect permission.
- Any interaction that has been "waiting" longer than the specified time will be terminated.
- Use the time fields (Hours, Minutes, Seconds) to set the threshold for disconnecting interactions.
If input time is 0, all pending interactions will be disconnected
- The Media Types section lets you filter which types of interactions you want to disconnect.
- Click the "Disconnect All Pending Interactions" button to execute the action.
