At A.J Labs, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Below, we outline the steps for cancelling your enrollment and requesting a refund:
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please notify us as soon as possible (Within 24 hours of enrollment). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ajlabs110@gmail.com. In your email, please include the following information:
• Your full name
• Course details (including course name and start date)
• Reason for cancellation
We encourage you to notify us of your cancellation as early as possible to allow for adequate processing time.
You must be a valid paid student and the Cancellation must be requested with in 24 hours of your enrollment.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will review it in accordance with our policy. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the enrollment process. Please ensure that your payment details are accurate and up to date to avoid any delays in processing.
Non-Attendance: Failure to attend a course does not constitute a valid reason for a refund. Please ensure that you are able to attend the course before enrolling.
Payment Failure: A.J Labs will not be held responsible for refunds in cases where payment failed due to issues or negligence from the participant's end. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are made through the official channels provided.
